This distressing article from Israel illustrates yet another situation in which a social worker has defiled a child in his care. Sadly, a child taken from his parents by social services is often at the complete mercy of the social worker, who is normally a complete stranger. It is shameful when those who are given power to take children from parents for alleged abuse are abusers themselves.
