Our policies require that all parents of minor children within a household must be members of Heritage Defense. Accordingly, in order for us to continue our review of your family’s application, the other family which is part of your household must already be a member of Heritage Defense or must submit an application and be eligible for approval.

Once the other family has submitted an application to join Heritage Defense, or if the other family is already a member of Heritage Defense, please submit the first and last name(s) of the parent(s) of the other family with minor children which is part of your household using the form below.

Once you submit this form, the other family’s information will be confirmed and your application will continue through the reviewal process.
