Who Watches the Watchmen: Texas Social Worker Abuses Child

A Texas social worker is under investigation for allegedly abusing a child he was entrusted to protect. A fourteen-year-old girl was picked up by police for being in public after curfew. The girl was turned over to a social worker, who then allegedly drove the girl to a motel and abused her.
